Team Focus: Imogen Jones, Supervisor – Customer Support and Marketing

Imogen joined Daniels in October 2006 as part of the Customer Support and Marketing team. In May 2013 she was promoted to Supervisor and now helps me manage the customer support and marketing departments.

Her main responsibilities include being the Key Account Manager for non-NHS clients and driving the use of social media within our business.

Imogen enjoys the diversity that comes with her role – every day brings new challenges and opportunities to support customers and members of her team alike. She is also an Environmental Champion – i.e. a part of a team within Daniels that has helped to implement an environmental management system. As a result of this team’s efforts we have achieved and maintain the ISO14001 certification.

One of the elements that Imogen really embraces in her role is social media. She loves how easy a tool it can be to gain knowledge and information from all over the globe, and yet also be a neat communication channel with customers and suppliers.

In her spare time Imogen enjoys some exercise (badminton, basketball); relaxing (movies, gaming, eating out) and has been known to dress up for Gaming Conventions.
