Festive Season Order & Delivery Dates

As usual, the Christmas and New Year period is a busy one, and we want to give you some dates to work with for your orders with us.

Please note the cut-off deadline dates as well as when the deliveries would get to you by.

Orders received up to and including 9th December

We will endeavour to deliver before the 25th December.

Orders received from 10th December onwards

These orders will be delivered to you in the week commencing 4th January 2021.

Orders received from the 4nd January 2021 onwards

These orders will be subject to our standard delivery lead time.

 

Special note for orders for pallets of WIVA™ containers:

Orders received by 27th November

We will endeavour to deliver before the 25th December.

Orders received after the 27th November

These orders will be delivered to you in the New Year.

Please note: The UK is leaving the EU single market and customs union on 31 December 2020. The end of the transition period, and impacts of COVID-19, may have unforeseen effects on deliveries. We are working hard to mitigate any potential delays. Our blog explains more.

 

Office operating times over Christmas and the New Year:

Please note that our offices and factory in Littleborough will be closed from midday on Thursday 24th December and will reopen at 9:00am on Monday 4th January 2021.

Our social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter) will be monitored over this period, should you need to send us a direct message over this period.
