Team Focus: Christina Cook, Customer Support Executive
This is part of a series of posts where we introduce each member of the Daniels Healthcare team, from across the organisation. We have a compliment of approximately 90+ staff members who all live and breathe the ethos of Daniels and you’ll get to meet many of them in this series.
Christina joined Daniels Healthcare in 2013 as an office temp and became a welcome part of the Daniels team. Now a permanent fixture in our head office, Christina is an invaluable member of our Customer Support Team.
Christina has more than a decade of office experience, specialising in order processing and building relationships with customers.
She prides herself on being friendly, helpful and accessible and is often the first port of call for enquiries to our customer helpline. Over the years she has built some fantastic relationships with our customers and thoroughly enjoys the day-to-day contact she has with them.
Christina says: “I love the variety of my role – no two days are ever the same. In any one day I could be sending samples to customers, providing quotes or placing orders, and monitoring our live chat facility, which is becoming increasingly popular”.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with her friends and family and is kept busy by her dog – a lab cross she rescued from an animal sanctuary. She says her friends and family would describe her as caring, chatty and attentive, and we’re sure our customers feel the same!Meet the team
