Daniels Healthcare: Service Update
Following Tuesday’s update, this is to keep you informed on developments.
Much of this week has been spent stabilising production and distribution, bringing additional capacity online and getting that up and running.
This means we are now in a stronger position to maintain supply across most lines and to address the backlog.
To do this more quickly, we believe there is potential to substitute some lines with alternative SHARPSGUARD® products. We should soon be able to update on you on that too.
As before, please give us as much lead time as you can when placing new orders.
We remain very sorry for the disruption our operational issues are causing, and that we are not currently able to meet our usual standards.
We will update you again as the situation changes. We will send a further email update early next week.
