Daniels Healthcare: Service Update

Service Update 8 Jun 18 (header)

This has been another week in which we have continued to streamline the processes around our core range and to address incremental issues on the 350 non-core production lines.

These incremental improvements are enabling us to meet our commitment to deliver our core range of SHARPSGUARD® sharps containers within 10 working days of orders coming in. So far, we have been able to live up to that almost entirely.

We are still unable to make firm commitments on delivery times for our non-core products. But even so, we hope that customers who order these are finding that the service is continuing to improve and that the current delivery times are working well for them.

As we have said before, the difficulty with the non-core range is that the set up to produce them is more complicated. Many of the issues we’ve had in the past have arisen when we have changed the set up for different production runs. In some cases, we are still having issues with these changes.

That is why we still appreciate as much lead time as possible when placing orders, in case there are such difficulties.

As always, we are extremely grateful to our customers for their continued understanding, and we will continue to update our customers with progress, however incremental.
