Daniels Healthcare: Service Update
Further to our blog update last Thursday, we are still doing all that we can to make up the backlog.
We have been running at approaching full capacity over and since the weekend. We are also still bringing more additional capacity online, though this takes a little time to set up and get going.
As a result, we are maintaining supply across most lines, and gradually addressing the backlog, but not anywhere near as quickly as we would like.
To help address this situation, we are exploring the potential to substitute some lines with alternative SHARPSGUARD products as well as increasing production capacity. We will update you again shortly.
As before, please give us as much lead time as you can when placing new orders.
Once again, we would like to say how very sorry we are for the disruption our operational issues are causing, and that we are not at present able to meet the standards we expect of ourselves.
We will post further updates as the situation changes and later this week.
