Service Update 4 May 2018

Once again, over the past week we have seen the improvements continue across the board in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.

We believe that increasing numbers of customers will be starting to notice the difference in the quality of service they are getting from us. While that momentum continues, we are confident that others will too.

That said, we are also still aware of the complexity involved in producing and distributing some 350 different variants of our product range. This will continue to present challenges until all the difficulties that we have had are ironed out.

Producing that many variations requires frequent changes in the set up of the machinery. Each time that could cause an issue, though as things improve further those risks will diminish.

Hence, we are continuing to invest in improved training and in striving for the highest possible standards. We will continue to keep you informed of the progress.

As ever, we would like to thank all our customers for their ongoing support, and to continue to give us as much lead time as possible when placing orders. This will give us a little more flexibility to organise the distribution

Imogen is the Supervisor for our Customer Support and Marketing Team. Responsibilities include driving the use of social media within our business. She is also part of our Environmental Champion team.
