Daniels Healthcare: Service Update

Service Update 20 April (header)

Over the past week we have continued to see improvements across all areas of manufacturing. We have also been seeing improvements in the efficiencies in the warehousing and distribution stages.

As we have said many times before, we will not be able to say that our difficulties have been resolved until they have all been resolved, and the only measure of that will be when our customers are entirely satisfied. Unfortunately, it is still not possible to predict when we will be able to get to that point.

We are, though, feeling more confident that we are heading in the right direction, and at a better pace. As we make incremental improvements they are not having the unexpected and adverse side effects on the scale we have been seeing. New issues that arise continue to be more straightforward to manage.

We hope that some customers will be starting to feel the benefits of this. Though we are aware that many will not yet be feeling that way and that across the board we still have a way to go.

First, we need to get back to the high standards that we have in the past been known for. Then, once we have got there we will need to maintain those standards and ultimately exceed them.

Like all our customers, we believe we will not be able to get to that point soon enough.

In the meantime, thank you, once again, for your continued support and understanding.

As ever, when placing new orders, please try to give us as much lead time as you can. Placing orders early will give us a little more flexibility to organise the distribution.
