Daniels Healthcare: Service Update
As we have returned to the usual pattern of five-day working weeks after Easter’s shorter weeks, we have continued to see gradual, steady and incremental improvements.
In manufacturing, we have continued to iron out some of the difficulties that we’ve been having. We are not yet in the clear, but the overall performance is less volatile than it has been at times. Where new problems have emerged, they have been more straightforward to address than at times in the recent past.
In warehousing and distribution, we have continued to grapple with the issues in getting manufactured products out to customers. We have put a great deal of work into this and are working more closely than before with our colleagues in Mauser across Europe to improve processes and training.
Overall, this means that the past week has been stable, though there is still much to do before we can get back to the high standards that have always characterised Daniels.
We are determined to get back to those high standards, despite the time it is taking. We understand our customers’ frustrations and thank them all for bearing with us.
As ever, when placing new orders, please try to give us as much lead time as you can. Placing orders early will give us a little more flexibility to organise the distribution.
