Daniels Healthcare: Service Update
Once again, we have continued to see ongoing and incremental improvements since last week’s update.
These are not as dramatic as in the past, largely because the issues we are still dealing with now are not as dramatic as they were initially.
So we remain on the path to improvement, but continue to feel more confident about where we are going. We are now focusing on resolving issues with ongoing back orders.
On most of our 350 individual product lines, these are becoming more manageable, but there are still some concerns with the more complex, shorter-run variations.
We will update you again next week, in line with our commitment to communicate openly even when things are not changing radically.
Please continue to give us as much lead time as possible when placing orders. This will give us a little more flexibility to organise the distribution.Service Update
