Daniels Healthcare: Service Update

Progress over the past week has continued at a steady pace. We have not seen major breakthroughs, and it feels like we are reaching a point that we do not expect to. Instead, we are looking forward to a period of incremental improvement.

We are still aiming to be able to deliver our core range of SHARPSGUARD® sharps containers within 10 working days of orders coming in. Since setting that aim a couple of weeks ago, we are meeting it almost all the time.

On our non-core products, we are also seeing gentle improvements, though we are not yet able to set firm targets for their delivery. In part, that is because with some 350 different variations, the set up to produce some of them is more complicated than it is for the core product range.

As always, we are committed to communicating openly with all our customers, even when things have not changed significantly from one week to the next, as with this week.

We also remain extremely grateful to our customers for their ongoing understanding.

While we are now mostly turning orders around faster than before, we still appreciate as much lead time as possible when placing them, in case there are difficulties.
