Team Focus: Chris Adams, Key Account Manager (North Thames, South East, Anglia)
This is part of a series of posts where we introduce each member of the Daniels Healthcare team, from across the organisation. We have a compliment of approximately 90+ staff members who all live and breathe the ethos of Daniels and you’ll get to meet many of them in this series
Chris Adams joined Daniels in April 2017 and is the Key Account Manager for North Thames, South East and Anglia. He is the first port of call for customers in these areas and provides support and advice across all products and services.
Chris thrives on making our customers’ work-lives easier. He enjoys working in partnership and helping to solve problems: “My favourite part of the job is when I can help to make efficiencies for our customers – if I’ve managed to take away some of the hassle and freed up time for a Daniel’s customer, then I know I’ve done a good job. If we have fun in the process, then all the better!”.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and says they would describe him as happy and busy: “I’m often the family taxi to my sons and daughters, and I have lots of hobbies, so I’m always on the go”.
Chris’ favourite pastime is badminton, which he has been playing since he was eight years’ old: “I play badminton as often as possible and I can be quite competitive, but I also enjoy playing and watching lots of other sports and games”.
Chris is particularly looking forward to showing Daniels’ latest product innovation SHARPSGUARD® theatre⁺ to customers in the South East and helping to develop the business to ensure our products and services continue to provide the best solutions to our customers’ needs.
